Our programs are designed to help members sharpen their games and are generally set up to group players of similar level together. Specific programming calendars will be published monthly so members can choose when to play. All programs are subject to change based on registration or interest level of the members.

Members will be placed in either Advanced, Intermediate or Recreational groups based on player ratings, past play in leagues and/or  judgement of the members of the Competition committee based on written assessment criteria. Members may request to play at a higher level and will need to be approved for play in a higher level by the Competition committee.

At our main facility within the TOA Sports Performance Center, we will generally have at least 6 courts available for play Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm and a number of Sunday, Monday and Friday evenings as space is available. At our Lipscomb University outdoor courts, we will have 3 courts available most evenings and weekends.

Open Play

Open play allows for ad-hoc play among members of similar ability levels, while providing opportunities for players to “play up” against stronger players if they desire. Challenge courts will also be set up to provide competitive play. Courts will be identified for Advanced, Intermediate and Recreational play. Schedules will be published monthly.

League Play

Shootouts will be held by skill level. We will develop other league programming based on the number of members interested in the various league formats.

Court Reservations

Courts will be made available to members for advance reservation for a fee determined by membership type.

Group Clinics

Group clinics will be held on a regular basis that focus on different skills. The clinics will be available at no extra cost to members.

We’re planning for monthly mixers with food and fun pickleball activities.

Individual lessons are available for all levels of player from our certified instructors. Lessons can be scheduled directly with the instructors.

Regional Camps

Twice a year, Music City Pickleball plans to host a 2-day skills camp. Players will be placed in groups based on ability. Camps will be open to players of all ability levels. Discounted registration will be available to members.

We’re planning to hold at least one regional tournament and one local tournament in the next 12 to 15 months. Discounted registration will be available to members.
